This secures your collection slot and keeps the service fast and simple.
No — you don’t need to be home. Tick the permissions box when ordering then just leave the pallets somewhere we can access (driveway, garden gate, side path, garage, front garden, etc).
We currently serve the PR postcode area, including: Preston • Penwortham • Fulwood • Bamber Bridge • Leyland • Chorley • Lostock Hall • Euxton • Cottam • Buckshaw Village an most areas close to these. Use the postcode checker on the home page.
Your collection day depends on your postcode:
Mon: PR1
Tue: PR2
Wed: PR4
Thu: PR5
Fri: PR6 & PR7
Sat: PR25 & PR26
If your postcode isn’t covered yet, the checker will show:
“Coming Soon! Unfortunately, we do not currently cover your area.”
Standard service: within 7 days
Express service: within 24 hours (+£15)
Express pickup availability is shown on the next screen when you book.
We take:
Wooden pallets (standard or oversized)
Broken pallets
Painted pallets
Euro pallets
Half pallets
Heavy-duty pallets
Plastic pallets
We do not take wooden paving slab cages at this time.

Anything reusable is refurbished. Anything damaged is processed for recycling.
